Lead
CloudTen, a service offering seat-sharing on business jets, approached EVO BRAND at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Demand was rising fast, and the company needed a digital tool to manage bookings. We proposed a full-scale premium flight aggregator instead of a simple landing page.
Context
With commercial aviation shut down, interest in private flights surged. CloudTen’s model — purchasing a single seat on a business jet rather than chartering the entire aircraft — opened the premium market to a wider audience.
Challenge
CloudTen needed a structured system to:
– manage the increased number of flights,
– automate the booking process,
– reduce pressure on managers,
– stand out from competitors who worked manually.
Insights
– Clients expect immediate access to flight details without contacting support.
– Transparency matters: aircraft type, layout, baggage rules, pets, transfers, catering.
– Many users new to private aviation required a clear and intuitive interface.
Solution
1. Product Strategy
We recommended building a full aggregator—similar to Aviasales but tailored to premium jet travel.
Clear flow: flight list → detailed flight page → seat booking.
2. UX & Visual Identity
Premium minimalism, clean layouts, and clear decision paths.
3. Platform Development
– Real-time flight list.
– Detailed flight pages with aircraft photos, cabin schemes, baggage and pet policies, transfer and catering options.
– A streamlined seat-booking form with add-on services.
Results
– Significant reduction in manual workload.
– Faster and more predictable booking operations.
– CloudTen gained a competitive advantage with a digital-first service.
– The platform remained relevant post-pandemic, retaining part of the expanded customer base.
EVO BRAND’s Role
We delivered product strategy, UX architecture, visual identity, and a complete online aggregator
Final Statement
The project transformed CloudTen from manual sales to a structured premium flight service that continues to support the business beyond the crisis.
